Here at iWill Photo Photography we know that there is nothing more wholesome, than capturing those special moment of a child enjoying themselves in their performance.
‘Treading the Boards’ is a memorable moment in any child’s life as their confidence grows whilst they perform their hearts out to an audience.
We will attend your performance venue or theatre school to photograph your show. Ideally this would be a dress rehearsal in lieu of the live performances, although photographing with an audience present is still an option. Headshots of each performer can also be captured during the days rehearsal, depending on the schedule of the event.
HEADSHOTS:
A special memento for any family is the individual headshot of each student (with option of group and sibling shots). We will create a pop-up studio in your performance venue and will work around the timings of your rehearsals to help make your event as stress free as possible.
ONSITE PRINTING:
Using our mobile printing facilities, we will print all headshots and a variety of photos captured from throughout the rehearsal, ready for the arrival of your audience where these high quality 9x6 prints, each in its own mount, can be purchased by friends and family and taken away as a lasting memory of their time onstage. The full collection of all the images taken throughout the day will also be accessible on the iWill Photo Website Gallery after the event where orders can be placed for additional prints and our other products.
The remuneration for onsite printing at your event is that we will return your deposit plus you will receive an additional percentage of commission from the sale after all costs have been covered.
WEBSITE GALLERY:
At the iWill Photo website each event has a specific and unique database of the images captured throughout the performance. If required, your productions gallery can be password protected ensuring that only those who need to view the gallery can access it. Orders can be placed directly through the website in whatever size, shape or format desired ensuring that anyone who was unable to attend the performance still gets to share this special moment as our photos make wonderful gifts. Please note that you will have to make an account using your email address to view the gallery.
As a Theatre School, you will receive a copy of the performance photos (not headshots) to be used to promote your business and school across social media, websites, brochures and leaflets, all we ask is that you credit iWill Photo and recommend us!
